New Site Who Dis??

Hey y’all! Welcome to my new blog! As many of you know, I started in 2016 because I felt passionate about sharing recipes and tips for healthy eating.

A lot has changed since then! But a lot is still the same. I still feel passionate about healthy eating. I still eat a lot and post pictures of food and my dog on Instagram. I also have made some big life changes including moving across the country, and soon I’ll be moving to Asia. I recently came to terms with how much I love writing (but dislike writing recipes). And I discovered that I am passionate about other topics that I really want to share.

So in addition to food and diet, I’ll be covering various aspects of wellness including fitness, sleep, recovery, and mental wellness. As you can see from the options on the menu, I will also be sharing posts about travel (self-explanatory) and lifestyle (vague but basically anything else I decide to write about).

Some posts will be focused on sharing experiences, either my own or those of others. Others will be more informative, kind of like articles with information that’s helpful (hopefully). I’ll be posting at least once a week so check back for new content and feel free to follow me on social media if you don’t already!

Finally, I just want to say a quick thanks to those of you who have been following along my journey. Posting online where literally the world to see can feel really vulnerable but I am lucky to have so many people who encourage me to keep going. Thanks for reading and come back soon! I have so much to share with you.
